Not a factory. Not a retailer.
Hakoura occupies the layer between the two, where paperwork, freight, crossings, storage and product checks turn a factory's output into a wholesaler's stock.
How the model works
Hakoura International Trading holds the trading licence that allows it to source globally and distribute a portfolio of FMCG brands into the Palestinian market. Trading is live, with an established wholesaler base and a record of completed transactions rather than projections.
Manufacturers
We source directly from producers, holding the commercial relationship, the licences, and the import documentation.
Hakoura
Consolidation, import and customs clearance, quality control, warehousing, and onward transport. This is where the risk and the administrative load sit.
Wholesalers
We supply an established base of wholesalers across the Palestinian market, who in turn service retail.
A partner to the trade, not a competitor. The model depends on wholesalers, it does not bypass them.
Run from inside the market
Sourcing reach is global: we contract with manufacturers wherever the product is best sourced. Palestine is the market, and the company is structured around it.
Gaza
The company is run from inside the market it serves, with working knowledge of crossings, clearance, and distribution on the ground. Goods land and move from here.
Amman
The outward-facing side of the business: sourcing relationships, regional supply, and the routing and consolidation of goods before they move.
